I recently had the opportunity to redecorate a local Edward Jone's office. The owner is a lover of all things nature, as you will notice. It was a quick project on a budget so my assistant and I got busy moving things around, adjusting colors, and looking for solutions for their concerns. (This project is still underway, but I couldn't help sharing what we've done so far!)
WAITING AREA - BEFORE
Notice the fall leaves on the canoe (this was in June), the off-balance wall hangings on the left, and the cluttered shelves...
WAITING AREA - AFTER
We removed the smaller wall decor that was next to the deer art piece and made custom wall-pocket florals to frame the piece. This filled the wall as well as brought a sense of formality to the space with the introduction of symmetry and balanced positioning. The three pieces on the wall seem a little top heavy above the two chairs...but don't worry, a beautiful leather love-seat will be replacing them any day! (I'll get photos as soon as I can!) We also reorganized the canoe to show off the office's awards.
ASSISTANT'S DESK - BEFORE
This is on the other side of the room opposite the waiting area. An issue they had with this area was the fact that it was a working desk in the public space that needed to have a sense of privacy.
ASSISTANT'S DESK - AFTER
It only took a few alterations to help make this are function better. We took the bookshelf, turned it against the desk, hung a art piece and added a floral on the bookshelf creating a visual block from the door. This set-up also gives the assistant a more private workspace.
WORK ROOM -BEFORE
This room was the catch-all for the office. He was preparing another office off this room so it was very important that we made this more organized and functional for all those working in the office.
WORK ROOM - AFTER
The owner contracted a friend to build us a custom storage unit to hide all the clutter. Much cleaner, right?
We are still waiting on a few walls to be painted and iron pieces to frame the beautiful, large windows, but overall it was a fun space to work on and change up. It's amazing what just a few new pieces and adjusting of pieces can do for a work space!

Very nice Caley! I especially like the globe... it adds a studious touch (and I'm kind of obsessed with them). You made the office have a much nicer feel/flow. Good job.
