Last semester I took a class on Historical Architecture & Furniture. I didn't think it would be one of my favorite classes, but it turned out to be incredibly fascinating!
This chair is the klismos chair designed in Greece. It is my favorite furniture piece designed before the 1800's. Its clean lines and perfect proportions are beautiful! Many chairs designed after the klismos chair, both ancient and modern chairs, can relate to this incredible chair.
